3-Metylofentanyl (3-MF, mefentanyl) – lek opioidowy przeciwbólowy i analog fentanylu. 3-Metylofentanyl jest jednym z najsilniejszych leków rozprowadzanych na nielegalnym rynku, około 400-6000 silniejszy niż morfina[2]. Izomer cis 3-metylofentanylu jest aktywniejszy[3][4].
