Bijayapur – village development committee w zachodniej części Nepalu w strefie Mahakali w dystrykcie Baitadi[1]. Według nepalskiego spisu powszechnego z 2001 roku liczył on 610 gospodarstw domowych i 3784 mieszkańców (1879 kobiet i 1905 mężczyzn)[2].
