Hrabstwo Suffolk (ang. Suffolk County) – hrabstwo w stanie Massachusetts w Stanach Zjednoczonych. Obszar całkowity hrabstwa obejmuje powierzchnię 120,19 mil² (311,29 km²). Według szacunków United States Census Bureau w roku 2009 miało 753 580 mieszkańców[2].
Hrabstwo powstało w 1643 roku[3]. Na jego terenie znajduje się miejscowości: Boston (siedziba administracyjna), Chelsea, Revere, Winthrop oraz obszary niemunicypalne: Allston, Beachmont, Boston University, Brighton, Charlestown, Deer Island, Dorchester, Dorchester Center, East Boston, Grove Hall, Hyde Park, Jamaica Plain, Kenmore, Mattapan, Mission Hill, Point Shirley, Readville, Revere Beach, Roslindale, Roxbury, Roxbury Crossing, Soldiers Field, South Boston, Uphams Corner, West Roxbury, Winthrop Hlds[4].
