Hrabstwo Yalobusha (ang. Yalobusha County) – hrabstwo w stanie Missisipi w Stanach Zjednoczonych. Obszar całkowity hrabstwa obejmuje powierzchnię 495 mil² (1282,04 km²). Według szacunków United States Census Bureau w roku 2009 miało 13 773 mieszkańców[2].
Hrabstwo powstało w 1833 roku[3]. Na jego terenie znajdują się miejscowości: Coffeeville, Oakland, Water Valley (siedziba administracyjna) oraz obszary niemunicypalne: Benwood, Bryant, Gatewood, Gums, Murphreesboro, Pine Flat, Pine Valley , Scobey, Springdale, Tillatoba, Tyson, Velma, Youngs[4].
