Kaipal – village development committee w zachodniej części Nepalu w strefie Mahakali w dystrykcie Baitadi[1]. Według nepalskiego spisu powszechnego z 2001 roku liczył on 489 gospodarstw domowych i 2959 mieszkańców (1591 kobiet i 1368 mężczyzn)[2].
