King's College London - brytyjska szkoła wyższa, współzałożyciel i jedna z części Uniwersytetu Londyńskiego.[2][3]
Założona przez króla Jerzego IV oraz księcia Wellington w 1829. Jest trzecią królewską uczelnią w Anglii po uniwersytetach oksfordzkim i Cambridge.[4]
W 2007 Uczelnia zajęła szóste miejsce w UK, takie samo w Europie oraz 24 na świecie według The Times Higher Education Supplement.[5]
King's jest założycielem i członkiem Russell Group oraz Golden Triangle,[6] tworząc tym samym największe w Europie centrum profesjonalnej edukacji naukowo-medycznej, siedzibę pięciu centrów naukowo badawczych (ang. Medical Research Council Centres) - największe światowe skupisko tego typu.[7]
Obecnie uczelnia kształci na dziewięciu kierunkach rozrzuconych po obu brzegach Tamizy. Kampusy znajdują się w centralnym Londynie oraz w dzielnicy Denmark Hill w południowym Londynie.[8]
