Mastamandau – village development committee w zachodniej części Nepalu w strefie Seti w dystrykcie Achham[1]. Według nepalskiego spisu powszechnego z 2001 roku liczył on 682 gospodarstw domowych i 3411 mieszkańców (1749 kobiet i 1662 mężczyzn)[2].
