Okręg wyborczy Downton powstał w 1295 r. i wysyłał do angielskiej, a następnie brytyjskiej, Izby Gmin dwóch deputowanych. Okręg obejmował wieś Downton w hrabstwie Wiltshire. Został zlikwidowany w 1832 r.
