Paula Julie Abdul (ur. 19 czerwca 1962 w San Fernando, Kalifornia) – amerykańska piosenkarka, tancerka, choreograf. Była jurorką w programie "American Idol" i "The X Factor" oraz cheerleaderką Laker Girls w koszykarskiej lidze NBA. Przez wiele lat współpracowała jako choreografka Janet Jackson oraz z Michaelem Jacksonem. Wystąpiła w takich teledyskach Janet jak: Nasty, What Have You Done For Me Lately, When I Think Of You.
