Grösse; B weibliche Blüthe den jungen Fruchtzapfen bildend, desgl.; C Zweig mit reifem Fruchtzapfen, desgl.; 1 Blüthenkätzchen, desgl.; 2 männliche Blüthe von unten und von der Seite, desgl.; 3 Beutel, geöffnet, desgl.; 4 Pollenkorn, desgl.; 5 Fruchtblätter des blühenden Kätzchens, von der inneren und äusseren Seite gesehen, desgl.; 5a Bractee der weiblichen Blüthe, desgl.; 6 Fruchtblatt mit den beiden Samen, von verschiedenen Seiten; 7 Samenkorn mit und ohne Flügel, natürl. Grösse; 8 Same im Längsschnitt, vergrössert; 9 Nadel mit Querschnitt, desgl.; 10 Harzgang a aus der Rinde von Picea excelsa, dessen umliegende Zellen b mit halbflüssigem Harze und die Rindenzellen c noch mit geringen Mengen von Stärkemehl angefüllt sind. A — ветвь с мужскими и женскими шишками; B — молодая женская шишка; C — ветвь со зрелой шишкой; 1 — мужская шишка; 2 — микроспорофиллы с микроспорангиями (пыльцевыми мешками) мужской шишки, вид снизу и со стороны; 3 — открытые микроспорангии; 4 — пыльцевое зерно, видны два воздушных мешка; 5 — семенная чешуя, вид со внутренней и внешней сторон; 5a — кроющая чешуя; 6 — семенная чешуя с двумя семенами, вид с разных сторон; 7 — семя с крылом и без него; 8 — семя в продольном разрезе; 9 — лист и его поперечный срез; 10 — смоляной канал (смоляной ход) a в коре растения вида Picea excelsa, с выстилающими клетками (эпителием) b и клетками паренхимы c с зернами крахмала.
