Čeština: Vlajka města Teplá, okres Cheb. List tvoří dva vodorovné pruhy, červený a žlutý, v poměru 5:16. V žerďové polovině červeného pruhu žlutá koruna, pod ní ve žlutém pruhu tři (2,1) černá paroží.
