Wcześniejsze nazwy: The Meters (1968-1976); The Wild Thoupitoulas (1976).
Skład: Art Neville, właśc. Arthur Lanon Neville oraz jego bracia: Aaron, Charles i Cyril.
Najpopularniejsze nagrania: "Sister Rosa", "Fire and Brimstone", "Wild Indians", "Brother Blood", "Sons and Daughters".
