Charakterystyka
[edytuj | edytuj kod]Grzyby dymorficzne bez ssawek i z porami w septach bez mikrociałek. Podstawki typu Auricularia (np. Agaricostilbum) i typu holobazydium (np. Chionosphaera), a także grzyby drożdżopodobne, które w hodowli tworzą fragmobazydia będące balistosporami (np. Kondoa). Niektóre gatunki to grzyby naporostowe[3].
Systematyka
[edytuj | edytuj kod]Klasę Agaricostilbomycetes utworzyli Robert Bauer, Dominik Begerow, José Paulo Sampaio, Michael Weiss i Franz Oberwinkler w 2006 r. Brak typu nomenklatorycznego[1]. Według Species Fungorum do klasy Agaricostilbomycetes należą:
