U. z 1997 r., nr 88, poz. 553 z późn. zm.) o zakazie propagowania nazistowskiego, komunistycznego, faszystowskiego lub innego totalitarnego ustroju państwa.
Użycie wyżej wymienionych symboli jest w świetle Kodeksu dozwolone jedynie w celach artystycznych, edukacyjnych, naukowych, bądź kolekcjonerskich.
