Sezon 2007–08 Barclays Premier League jest szesnastą edycją tych rozgrywek. Sezon trwał od 11 sierpnia 2007 roku, a zakończył się 11 maja 2008 roku. Obrońcą tytułu był Manchester United i udało się tej drużynie tego dokonać. Do Premier League po sezonie 2006-07 awansowały drużyny Sunderland AFC, Birmingham City oraz Derby County.
