Steel Dragon 2000 (jap. スチールドラゴン2000 Suchīru Doragon Nisen) – wybudowana w 2000 r. w Nagashima Spa Land (Japonia) najdłuższa kolejka górska świata. Do 4 maja 2003 także najwyższa kolejka górska świata, kiedy to utraciła ona rekord na rzecz kolejki Top Thrill Dragster otwartej w parku Cedar Point w USA[1][2].

Wypadek z 23 sierpnia 2003 roku[edytuj | edytuj kod]

W dniu 23 sierpnia 2003 roku miał miejsce wypadek, podczas którego jeden z pociągów w wyniku złamania osi utracił koło. W wypadku ucierpiała 20-letnia pasażerka (uraz pleców) oraz pływający w basenie położonym poniżej kolejki 28-letni mężczyzna uderzony w biodro przez spadające koło[3]. Po wypadku kolejka pozostawała zamknięta aż do 2006 roku.

W 2013 roku wymieniono oryginalne pociągi na nowe, wyprodukowane przez firmę Bolliger & Mabillard[4].
