Puchar Heinekena 1998/1999 – czwarta edycja Pucharu Heinekena, pierwszego poziomu europejskich klubowych rozgrywek w rugby union.. Zawody odbyły się w dniach 18 września 1998 – 30 stycznia 1999 roku.
Najwięcej punktów w sezonie zdobył Simon Mason[1], zaś trzech zawodników zdobyło po siedem przyłożeń będących najlepszym wynikiem tej edycji[2].
