Public domain According to the Romanian Law on Copyright and Neighboring Rights Law no. 8/1996 of March 14, 1996 with further amendments Chapter 3 Article 9 the following documents shall not benefit from the legal protection accorded to copyright:

Română: Descrierea stemei:

Stema comunei Chichiș se compune dintr-un scut triunghiular cu marginile rotunjite, tăiat. În câmp superior, pe fond albastru, se află un pod de aur, cu două deschideri și parapetul crenelat. În câmp interior, pe fond roșu, se află două ramuri porumbar de aur. Scutul este timbrat de o coroană murală de argint cu un turn crenelat.

Semnificaţiile elementelor însumate:

Podul de aur semnifică puntea de legătură dintre judeţele Covasna și Brașov. Ramura de porumbar reprezintă planta de la care derivă denumirea co-munei, iar cele două ramuri semnifică cele două sate aparţinătoare comunei, și anume Chichiș și Băcel. Coroana murală cu un turn crenelat semnifică faptul că localitatea are rangul de comună
