Public domain According to the Romanian Law on Copyright and Neighboring Rights Law no. 8/1996 of March 14, 1996 with further amendments Chapter 3 Article 9 the following documents shall not benefit from the legal protection accorded to copyright:

  • The photographs of letters, deeds, documents of any kind, technical drawings and other similar papers shall not benefit from the legal protection accorded to copyright.

Română: Descrierea stemei:

Stema comunei Comandău se compune dintr-un scut triunghiular cu marginile rotunjite, în al cărui câmp verde se află un brad de argint, flancat de două securi, așezate în pal, cu lama spre interior, de aur, iar în vârful scutului un cap de cerb, privit din față, de aur.

Scutul este timbrat de o coroană murală cu un turn crenelat.

Semnificațiile elementelor însumateCuloarea verde a câmpului și bradul fac referire la întinsele păduri de brad de pe teritoriul administrativ al comunei, cele două securi simbolizează ocupația de bază a localnicilor, extragerea și prelucrarea lemnului, dublarea elementului simbolizează cele două colonii, din care s-a format comuna: Gyulafalva și Kommando, cerbul face referire la bogăția faunistică a zonei.

Coroana murală cu un turn crenelat arată rangul de comună.
