Hi, what you are saying is exactly the problem: It won't be deleted on Commons because it is used somewhere (here). So if it is not deleted here it will not be deleted there and therefore it will not be deleted here again. The logo of the crew, which crew is it? It seems like that group is unnotable as the caption on the image only claims it to be of "a crew", and the Commons page does not provide any further information either. Getting to Google on that matter brings up 0 proper results, this is probably a hoax. Therefore I had already nominated the file for deletion but the admin that handeled the closure refused to delte it because it is being used here. Could we agree that the file stays off the article here, so I can tell the admin that the file is ready to be delted? Thanks! Lordtobi (dyskusja) 16:36, 5 sty 2017 (CET)

That is what the admin in-charge does not accept - he states that only copyvio is to be deleted if it is used somewhere - not hoaxes. Would it be okay if you look that the file stays off the Polish site? If enough time passes, he said I may renomminate the file again so that it is finally deleted off Commons.
