according to our rules there is problem with this request. There are 2 possibilities. Either you wait for next 5 months hoping that Wikipedysta:Maky:Maky will not do any edits or you can ask him to "free" the account by requesting a new name which can be done here WP:RENAME. - I know you are not a bureaucrat on Commons, but am I being unreasonable there? I really don't want to usurp this user's account on plwiki since I'm not going to use the account here, yet neither of us own the account on Commons. Forcing a highly active user to wait 5 months and hope the user here doesn't make any more edits is ridiculous. It's only going to create tensions on your wiki that don't have anything to do with you. I see that Pundit has already commented in favor of my Commons usurpation, but if you want to offer your opinion, feel free to comment here. Thank you for your time.
