Adding parameters

Hi all, and sorry for using English.

I've gone ahead and added a few parameters to the create account URL in this message, similar to how the English Wikipedia, French Wikipedia and German Wikipedia versions work. They are...

1. An "edit" action on the return to, since users were editing when they view this message
2. A campaign identifier, so we can know how many accounts sign up via this message
