Hi! Your deletion request was rejected by me (as one of the administrators of Polish Wikipedia), because there are no valid reasons for such deletion. This template does not use any flag, so your argument is wrong. Apart from that, if you understand Polish, please read this page to see a list of situations where speedy deletion can be applied in Polish Wikipedia. - Firstly, in future please reply in my discussion, not your own, as that's the custom here at plWiki. Secondly, this oblast (province) of Russia is the only one out of nearly 90 federal subjects of Russia that has no official flag. As we have some templates in Polish Wikipedia that automatically use names and flags of Russian federal subjects, we wanted to deal somehow with this exception and that's what we came up with. Generally speaking, I don't think you should interfere in those versions of Wikipedia where you don't even understand the language, as this leads to confusion and strange edits, like your attempt to delete this template. We would happily welcome your participation in all matters in this version of Wikipedia, it's obviously open to everyone, but please learn Polish first :) Powerek38 (dyskusja) 15:34, 18 maj 2013 (CEST)
