Română: Descrierea stemei:

Potrivit anexei nr. 1.4, stema comunei Cucerdea se compune dintr-un scut triunghiular cu marginile rotunjite, scartelat. În partea superioară, în dreapta, în câmp roşu, se află un mănunchi cu 3 spice de grâu. În partea superioară, în stânga, în câmp albastru, se află o vacă de argint din profil. În partea inferioară, în dreapta, în câmp albastru, se află un cap de berbec de argint din profil. În partea inferioară, în stânga, în câmp roşu, se află o cruce treflată de aur. Scutul este timbrat de o coroană murală de argint cu un turn crenelat. Semnificaţiile elementelor însumate: Spicele de grâu reprezintă cele 3 sate componente ale localităţii. Spicele de grâu, vaca şi capul de berbec reprezintă ocupaţiile de bază ale locuitorilor, agricultura şi zootehnia. Crucea simbolizează credinţa locuitorilor. Coroana murală cu un turn crenelat semnifică faptul că localitatea are rangul de comună.
