English: From the Brand Book: "The establishment of the official flag is based on two guidelines. The first was annotation in one of the oldest saved club statutes, describing its colors as 'blue & white' (don't confuse it with white & blue!). The second guideline was, of course, the heraldic way of reading the colors of the flag by counting the number of colors used in the coat of arms, reading the colors from the most important, central element of the emblem. In the case of Ruch, it's a blue letter R on a white background. Thus, the club flag consists of two horizontal, parallel stripes of the same width, which the top is blue (Pantone 300 UC) and bottom is white. The ratio of the width of the flag to its length is 5:8. The crest is placed in the center of the flag. In the vertical arrangement, according to the rule of reading from left to right, blue should always be from the spar, i.e. what is above on the horizontal flag, in the vertical version it's on the left. The proportions of the vertical flag are 1: 3, with dimensions of 150x450 cm, and the crest 100 cm high, should be placed 90 cm from the top and centered horizontally. A mast flag of this size should have an upper tunnel and be mounted on a mast with a crossbar 9-10 m high."
