Iván Balliu, właściwie Iván Salvador Balliu Campeny (ur. 1 stycznia 1992 w Caldes de Malavella) – hiszpańsko-albański piłkarz[24][25][26][27], w 2008 roku członek hiszpańskich reprezentacji U-16 i U-17[15], od 2017 roku reprezentant Albanii[28][29][30][31][4]. Był kapitanem klubu FC Barcelona Atlètic[12][18][32].

W 2013 roku Balliu wraz z innym piłkarzem Sergim Gómezem oraz z Martą Soler wziął udział w kampanii promocyjnej marki Gorgeous Style, która zajmuje się modą młodzieżową[33].

22 sierpnia 2017 roku otrzymał albańskie obywatelstwo[34].

Jest synem Albańczyka i Hiszpanki[18]. Zamieszkał we Francji z żoną Martą Soler[35].
