Dead links[edytuj kod]

FISA relaunched their website on 17 December 2020 and broke all old links to their athletes database. The new identifiers are meanwhile available at Wikidata in d:Property:P8990. Does Polish Wikipedia already have a migration plan for this template to adapt the new URL scheme and to update the identifiers in template transclusions? —MisterSynergy (dyskusja) 23:04, 4 sty 2021 (CET)[odpowiedz]

Alright, as a temporary measure, I added Wikidata identifier support to the template for cases where the locally provided identifier is not 36 characters long (i.e. if identifiers of the old format are provided locally). This makes most link targets accessible immediately. These situations, however, should be addressed immediately, as they indicate that identifier usage from Wikidata does not work:
Furthermore, these reports are important:
I am going to migrate the old identifiers slowly to the new format in all template transclusions, as I have a mapping table available. I will also try to get all problematic situations under control, and migrate hard-coded URLs of the old scheme to the new links whereever possible. —MisterSynergy (dyskusja) 20:19, 5 sty 2021 (CET)[odpowiedz]
One more report to find local identifiers of the old format: Specjalna:Linkujące/Szablon:FISA/local identifier with old formatMisterSynergy (dyskusja) 20:01, 6 sty 2021 (CET)[odpowiedz]
Also all tidied up. —MisterSynergy (dyskusja) 21:53, 9 sty 2021 (CET)[odpowiedz]
