Suples
Suples (łac. suplex) − ofensywny chwyt, popularny w zapasach i wrestlingu, polegający na podniesieniu przeciwnika i przy nacisku dużej części własnej masy ciała obaleniu go na matę lub ring. W zawodowych zapasach (wrestlingu) najpopularniejszymi są: Vertical suplex, Snap suplex i German suplex. Nazwa "suples" powstała najprawdopodobniej od komentatora wrestlingu Gordona Solie'go, który komentując jedną z walk zapasów zawodowych, użył terminu: "soo-play". Również słowo "suples" pochodzi z języka francuskiego (souplesse), co oznacza "elastyczność".
