Rogowiec dłoni i stóp

Rogowiec dłoni i stóp – zaburzenie objawiające się hiperkeratozą naskórka dłoni i podeszew[1][2]. Może być chorobą zarówno nabytą (spowodowaną np. chorobami układowymi[3], m.in. zespołem Sezary’ego[4] lub obrzękiem śluzowatym[5]), jak i wrodzoną (wchodzi w skład fenotypu np. zespołu Papillona-Lèfevre’a[6][7] lub choroby Naxos[2]). Nie ma leczenia swoistego rogowca wrodzonego, rogowiec nabyty można leczyć przyczynowo[2].
