Saskatchewan Scotties Tournament of Hearts 2011 – prowincjonalne mistrzostwa Saskatchewanu kobiet w curlingu, eliminacje do Scotties Tournament of Hearts 2011.

Turniej finałowy odbył się w dniach 26-30 stycznia 2011 w Outlook, na lodowisku w Jim Kook Recreation Complex.

Tytuł mistrzowski z 2010 obroniła Amber Holland w finale pokonując Stefanie Lawton 7:4.
