Młodzieżowe mistrzostwa Europy w lekkoatletyce – międzynarodowe zawody lekkoatletyczne rangi mistrzowskiej dla zawodników od 20 do 22 lat (kategoria U23), rozgrywane w cyklu dwuletnim pod egidą European Athletics od 1997 roku.
Protoplastą mistrzostw był rozegrany w 1992 oraz 1994 roku młodzieżowy puchar Europy[1]. Pierwsze mistrzostwa Europy młodzieżowców odbyły się w lipcu 1997 w Turku[2].
