Hrabstwo Humphreys (ang. Humphreys County) – hrabstwo w stanie Tennessee w Stanach Zjednoczonych. Obszar całkowity hrabstwa obejmuje powierzchnię 556,72 mil² (1441,9 km²). Według szacunków United States Census Bureau w roku 2009 miało 18 274 mieszkańców[2].
Hrabstwo powstało w 1809 roku[3]. Na jego terenie znajdują się miejscowości: McEwen, New Johnsonville, Waverly (siedziba administracyjna) oraz obszary niemunicypalne: Denver, Hurricane Mills[4].
