Hrabstwo DeKalb (ang. DeKalb County) – hrabstwo w stanie Tennessee w Stanach Zjednoczonych. Obszar całkowity hrabstwa obejmuje powierzchnię 328,98 mil² (852,05 km²). Według szacunków United States Census Bureau w roku 2009 miało 18 954 mieszkańców[2].
Hrabstwo powstało w 1837 roku[3]. Na jego terenie znajdują się miejscowości: Alexandria, Dowelltown, Liberty, Smithville (siedziba administracyjna) oraz obszar niemunicypalny Gassaway[4].
