Hrabstwo Rutherford (ang. Rutherford County) – hrabstwo w stanie Tennessee w Stanach Zjednoczonych. Obszar całkowity hrabstwa obejmuje powierzchnię 623,94 mil² (1616 km²). Według szacunków United States Census Bureau w roku 2009 miało 257 048 mieszkańców[2].
Hrabstwo powstało w 1803 roku[3]. Na jego terenie znajdują się miejscowości: Eagleville, La Vergne, Murfreesboro (siedziba administracyjna), Smyrna oraz obszary niemunicypalne: Christiana, Fosterville, Lascassas, Milton, Readyville, Rockvale[4].
