The Jimi Hendrix Experience – zespół muzyczny założony w 1966 roku w Londynie, rozwiązany po występie w Denver 29 czerwca 1969 r. Reaktywowany w 1970 po zmianie basisty – Noela Reddinga zastąpił Billy Cox. Zespół The Jimi Hendrix Experience został wybrany najlepszym trio rockowym wszech czasów w plebiscycie magazynu „Rolling Stone”^[1].

W 1992 zespół został wprowadzony do Rock and Roll Hall of Fame^[2].
